Jasmine Health & Spa: the two Ascots, and why “near Perth Airport” works
Jasmine Health & Spa offers Thai oil, hot stone, foot and back massage on Great Eastern Highway in Ascot, Perth, near Perth Airport, open seven days with walk-ins and online booking. When we searched “massage Ascot” on 14 October 2026, every result was in Ascot, Brisbane. Jasmine’s site has taken 41 enquiries since August regardless, because it is built around the searches Perth customers actually make.
Two Ascots, and Google picks the bigger one
There is an Ascot in Perth, by the racecourse and the river near the airport, and an Ascot in Brisbane, around Racecourse Road. For the bare search “massage Ascot”, Google showed Brisbane: the map pack listed three Brisbane massage businesses, including one with 492 reviews, and the organic results included a Yelp page for massage in Ascot, Queensland.
A Perth searcher on their phone in Ascot will usually get local results because Google knows where they are. But anyone searching from elsewhere, or researching ahead, sees Brisbane. That is why the site leans on signals no Brisbane spa can match.
Using what makes the location unique
The title reads “Thai Massage Ascot | Massage Near Perth Airport”. Perth Airport is a landmark only one Ascot has, and travellers, airport workers and people collecting someone from a flight genuinely search for a massage near the airport. The site has a guide on exactly that.
The structured data lists the nearby suburbs Jasmine draws from: Belmont, Redcliffe, Rivervale, Burswood, Maylands, the Perth CBD, East Perth, Victoria Park and Cloverdale.
What we built into the site
- Pages for services, offers, gift vouchers, testimonials, a gallery and booking, so every pre-booking question has an answer.
- More than a dozen guides, including Thai oil massage, back, neck and shoulder massage, hot stone, cupping, massage near Perth Airport, how often to get a massage, massage for stress and sleep, and a Thai massage Ascot guide.
- Transparent prices and walk-ins called out in the description, which suits people deciding on the day.
Results so far
41 enquiries came through the website’s forms between 1 August and 14 October 2026, not counting phone calls and walk-ins. The Jasmine case study has the earlier figures.
What moves the needle next
- “Ascot WA” and “Perth” in the profile description and the first line of the homepage, to separate the two Ascots further.
- Reviews, the deciding factor in a massage map pack. See our Google review system.
- More airport-related content, such as a page for travellers and airport staff, which no Brisbane competitor can write.
Jasmine is one of the Perth businesses on our website design Perth page.

Do massage guides bring bookings?
They bring people researching treatments and show the spa knows its work. Linked to booking, they turn readers into clients.
