Renz Auto Panel Repairs: standing out in Malaga’s panel beater cluster

When the suburb is in your competitors’ names

All three businesses in the map pack for “panel beater Malaga” had Malaga in their business names, with 119, 292 and 13 reviews. The organic results were two of them, a Yellow Pages page and a commercial vehicle panel shop. An exact match between the search and a business name is a strong signal, and Renz does not have it.

That does not make the search unwinnable, but it means Renz has to win on the other signals: reviews, category, photos, the website’s relevance and the services people search for specifically.

What the site does

• Location in the title and description: smash repairs Perth in the title, and Malaga WA 6090 in the description.
• The licence number up front, a fact insurance customers and private buyers both look for.
• Sections on detail and craftsmanship, the services offered, an FAQ and a free quote request.

Results so far

8 enquiries came through the website’s forms between 20 July and 14 October 2026, not counting phone calls.

What moves the needle next

• A complete, active Google Business Profile, with the auto body shop category, services and photos of real repairs. See Google Business Profile management.
• Reviews after every repair, to compete with profiles that have 119 and 292.
• Service pages for paint matching and insurance repairs, the two things the business leads with, so the site ranks for searches without “Malaga” in them.
